Jessica's Margherita Pie and Erin's Pineapple-Strawberry pie! I'm excited for the return of the group...but wasn't able to get my act together in time to bake for this month. :( Next month!
All the pies are gorgeous but my top choice is Chaya's Chocolate crunch Moussey pie...it sure is very different ,and delicious...yummy luscious good, does the best pie get a prize here???

Considering the theme and what's in season, as well as overall delicious-sounding-ness, I would have to go with the lemon cream and fruit pie. Citrus definitely hints of spring (even though they are classic winter fruits), and I was impressed by the made-from-scratch filling and crust. Looks spectacular!
I'm so glad this is back! I saw it on other peoples blogs a couple months back but didn't know why there weren't any new posts.
I'm bummed I missed this roundup, but I will be in on next months for sure!
