September's Winners and a "Spooky" New Theme for October!!

Congrats to Erin of Milk & Honey and Libby of The Allergic Kid!! Their spirit-filled 'Block-I' and 'Viking' Football pies were the talk of Pieville!! Together, these two ladies have come up with a wonderfully frightful theme for October...

"We've decided to go with a Halloween theme for October. Black cats, witches hats, tricks and treats! Create a pie with using your favorite Halloween candy, inspired by your favorite costume, using an ingredient that "creeps" you out or anything in between. It will be scary fun!"

We're super-excited to see all of your creepy pies for this month's theme! Please send your entries to pieswiththat (at) gmail (dot) com, by October 13th! And don't forget to spread the word to all of your pie-lovin' friends! Happy Halloween (a little early)!!

September's "Football Pie" Round Up!

It's time for College Football, y'all! Are you ready?? Us pie makers sure are! To celebrate this great Fall tradition, Amy of Sing For Your Supper has chosen "Football" as September's theme. And what a fitting theme it is - tailgating, friends & family, cooler weather, great food and don't forget about those touchdowns! There's nothing better! We've received some amazing looking pies, so take a gander!
